90s post-grunge stalwarts Candlebox found immediate success with the 1993 release of their first self-titled album, which featured their four-time certified platinum smash hit singles Far Behind and You. The Seattle natives were able to keep up the momentum with subsequent releases, solidifying their place in alt rock history. Over two decades later, the band hits the road on the 25 Years Of Rock & Still Rolling Tour to commemorate their iconic debut.

Blurring the lines between alternative rock, jazz, funk, metal, bluegrass and other genres still, Umphrey's McGee exploded out of the contemporary Jam Scene in the late Nineties with an inimitable fusion of improvisation and progressive rock that was influenced by the likes of King Crimson, Yes, Pink Floyd and Frank Zappa.

Fusing good old fashioned rock and roll with brown-eyed soul, cumbia, boleros and norteno, Tex-Mex outfit Los Lobos (which translates to The Wolves) first gained commercial success and an international following when their cover of Ritchie Valens' La Bamba hit the top of the charts around the world in 1987. Experimenting with multiple genres over the decades, their wide-ranging sound has flourished in a variety of styles, from acoustic ballads to experimental rock. Whilst they may reinvent themselves constantly, their definitive fusion of Latin and American music remains at the creative core.

In 2009, Billboard Magazine named Boney James the Jazz Musician of the Decade and the tremendously talented saxophonist certainly lives up to that moniker. While seen as a forerunner of the smooth jazz movement, Boney's style of playing combines pop and RnB and his style is often seen as grittier and more textured than the easy-listening genre.
